Local Activities
Enjoy all the outdoor activities Pyramid Lake, NV has to offer
Things To Do
With 125,000 acres of water at the doorstep, the lodge is base camp for everything Pyramid Lake has to offer. Here’s what brings people out — and keeps them coming back.
Fishing
Anglers come from all over to chase the world-class Lahontan Cutthroat Trout, found only within the waters of Pyramid Lake. The lodge store stocks food and fishing supplies, and the bar is where the day’s stories get told.
Boating
The warm, salty water is great for skiing, wakeboarding, paddleboarding and tubing. The lodge offers secure fenced boat storage year-round. Remember: boats must stay at least 500 feet from the shore of Anaho Island.
Camping
Campers flock to the shores of Pyramid Lake. Prefer hookups? The lodge offers overnight RV camping with full hookups and electricity at daily, weekly and monthly rates — with the store and restaurant a short walk away.
Bird Watching
Anaho Island National Wildlife Refuge hosts a large colony of American White Pelicans, along with California gulls, Caspian terns, Great Blue Herons and snowy egrets. The lake’s quieter east side, reached by unpaved roads, is made for sightseeing and photography.
Make a weekend of it
Stay in one of our 22 cabins, mobile homes or travel trailers — all a short walk from the water.
